Optional "Join this Group"-button - Nov 3

Now it is possible to choose whether you want the button "Join this Group" to be visible or not for the group you create or have created. When creating a group you now have a new member approval option: "New members must be invited by a Group Officer to join" For your existing groups you now have the same option under "Edit Group" -> "Group settings"
